All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $250 flat rate shipping within Canada on fire tables and fire pits.
We offer $320 flat rate shipping to your driveway in western Canada on Dundalk Saunas.
Hot tubs are only available for delivery within Alberta, unless special arrangements have been made. If you have questions, please contact email@example.com
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at or store or warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Some products will take longer than 2 days if they are special ordered from the factory.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11-5, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For longer lead time products such as hot tubs, saunas, and fire tables, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an update on anticipated shipping time. Please note that all timing must be considered an estimate.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All orders are final sale, except Hot Tubs ordered online without the ability to see the product in real life, that are shipped within the greater Calgary Area. Please note that shipping to and from the clients home remains the responsibility of the client when returning a hot tub, and the hot tub must be returned in new condition. Please review our return policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
